Vault 10 Capital publishes quantitative research on graded Pokémon Trading Card Game collectibles. The free service is a public, hypothetical model portfolio and the research notes released alongside it. The paid service is a daily email containing one PSA 10 card selection with rationale, entry price, risk notes and listing links, plus same-day access to subscriber pages on the site.

Everything we publish is general information and commentary for educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any collectible, security or other asset. We do not know your circumstances. Every purchase, sale and holding decision you make is your own responsibility. The portfolio we track is hypothetical; we do not necessarily own the cards we discuss. Past performance of that hypothetical portfolio does not guarantee future results, and Pokémon card values are highly speculative and can decline sharply or become illiquid.

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must not use the service to:

• break any law, or facilitate fraud, spam or market manipulation;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property or other rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service — no malware, probing, automated scraping, or circumvention of technical or plan limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service or its content.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to read the daily newsletter and subscriber pages for your own use. The daily pick and the detailed rationale are for paid subscribers only. Please do not republish them, post them to public forums or social media, or forward them broadly. Widespread sharing removes the reason to subscribe and hurts the project for everyone. Repeated or systematic redistribution is grounds for termination.

We retain ownership of the service and all intellectual property in it, including the software, the screening methodology, the written analysis and our branding. Pokémon and all associated names are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), eBay, Amazon or PriceCharting.

Population, gem rate and price figures come from third-party sources including PSA and PriceCharting. We reproduce them in good faith but do not warrant their accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and figures can be revised or lag the market.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles the checkout, billing, invoicing, sales tax and VAT calculation and remittance, and refund and chargeback processing for our orders. Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s payment form and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe’s consumer terms apply to the payment itself. The subscription is $5 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. When you cancel, your access continues to the end of the billing period you have already paid for and does not renew. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. A daily issue may be delayed or skipped where data quality does not support a defensible selection. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription. On termination, your access to subscriber content ends at the close of your paid period; you may request an export of your account data before then.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost trading or resale opportunity, loss of data or loss of goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your redistribution of subscriber content, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition.
